Steps to a Healthier Kitchen

For many of us our kitchens are our sanctuaries where we feel happy, comfortable and safe. We cook, clean, entertain and hang out and without realizing it, we form both good and bad kitchen habits. We work at keeping our kitchens organized, clean, tidy and most importantly….sanitary! As we prep our meals and clean up after ourselves, there are some very simple and easy habits we need to implement into our every day routines. Kitchens can be like a petri dish…collection pools for germs and bacteria, so without grossing you out too much, we’ve put together a short list of five easy kitchen habits to begin today for a healthier kitchen.
